We have been monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 diligently since it was first being reported and closely listening to CDC and State Department recommendations on travel. Given the current situation, we have made the difficult albeit necessary decision to postpone all trips up until May 20. The safety and well being of our participants and staff will always be our top priority, and in combination with the current environment of quarantines, travel bans, changing government policies, and site closures we simply had to postpone those trips. Participants on those postponed trips will be receiving future travel credit equivalent to 110% of all monies paid which will be valid until December 31, 2021.
For those participants signed up for departures prior to May 20 you will be trip credit worth 110% of all monies paid which will be valid December 31, 2021. For participants signed up for departures May 21 and onward please see the Transferable Trip Payment section.
For a limited time we’re pleased to offer you Transferable Trip Payments. Transferable Trip Payments are valid on departures as follows:

We require mandatory travel insurance for all of our travelers and are recommending our participants consider CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage like the one offered by Travelex. While basic travel insurance covers medical expenses abroad it does not cover things like “feeling uncertain” about traveling to a location. However, adding a special coverage like CFAR would allow you to cancel for any reason (per their Terms and Conditions). Therefore, we are strongly advising travelers consider this option if they are concerned about traveling at this time!
There is a lot of information going around about the current COVID-19 outbreak and we want to make sure you have the most reliable information on what the outbreak is and measures to take on keeping yourself safe. Therefore, we have compiled a list of resources we think you will find valuable and useful:
