Our company, Travendly, provides group travel trips exclusively for Young Professionals. We are equally focused between the travel component of our company and our trip participants. We’re looking for both Full Time and Part Time Tour Leaders to escort our trip participants to destinations where you have significant travel and/or living experience. We need someone with an outgoing personality, who’s comfortable in every situation, and can take charge when need be. You should have a high energy level and be in great physical condition
Responsibilities
- Escort travel group in the utmost professional and responsible manner
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction both during, and after, each trip
- Committing to a minimum of 4 trips per calendar year (part time)
- Committing to a minimum of 25 trips per calendar year (full time)
- Keep a live journal on a daily basis while producing a write up, after the trip, summarizing the experience
Requirements
- Performs well in an environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety
- Significant travel or living experience in the country you wish to lead
- Previous experience leading group tours highly desired
Desired Skills
- Fluent in Spanish
- Organized with an attention to detail
- Strong and interpersonal leadership skills

We’re looking for a Tour Coordinator to be in charge of the logistics in every way shape and form of our trips. The Tour Coordinator is responsible for booking accommodations, transportations, activities, meals, handling payments, etc. for our groups. The Tour Coordinator is an integral part of the success of making our group tours run smoothly!
Responsibilities
- Book travel arrangements including tours, activities, accommodations, and meals
- Respond to and answer client inquiries/questions
- Conduct independent research on new destinations
- Onboard new trip participants with information and trip logistics
Requirements
- Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety
- Extremely well organized with an attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task on various projects simultaneously
- Effectively and maturely communicate and collaborate with diverse personalities
- Outgoing, gregarious personality
- Ability to work independently on tasks and assignments
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years previous experience in a similar position
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in the travel industry
- Previous experience in client services
- Fluent in Spanish

We’re looking for a Full Time Advertising and Media Manager to manage all aspects of our advertising, marketing and media. The position involves taking over (and improving upon) our current digital advertising, creating new and effective marketing and advertising campaigns (both digital and non-digital) as well as expanding our media relationships and connections. The right person will help our company grow tremendously and will become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management and optimization of key ad campaigns
- Track live campaigns (e.g. push notifications, promotions and email campaigns), implement and monitor tracking elements
- Compile reports on the performance of campaigns and attainment of user engagement & conversion metrics
- Manage our social media pages and content
- Create new, effective digital and non-digital marketing campaigns
- Establish and develop meaningful connections in the travel publishing space
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in advertising and marketing,
- Significant experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Google AdWords advertising
- Previous experience in the travel space preferably directly in an advertising and marketing position
- Strong media connections and relationships especially with travel publications
